At Make Your Bouquet, our flower courses are about much more than learning how to arrange blooms — they’re about connection, creativity, and shared experience.

Whether you’re bringing colleagues together for a corporate away day, a team reward, or a wellbeing activity, our workshops offer a relaxed and inspiring environment where everyone can step away from screens, work with their hands, and create something beautiful together. Guided by experienced florists, participants learn the fundamentals of colour, texture, and composition while designing their own unique arrangements.

Our Team

Hi, I’m Trisha 👋🌸

I’m a professional florist with over 30 years’ experience working with flowers in the UK, Milan and Rimini —and I still genuinely love what I do.

I’ve owned my own floristry businesses, freelanced for top London florists, created floral designs for luxury spaces like The Dorchester, and provided wedding bouquets that have been showcased at the National Wedding Show in London. I’ve worked with everyone from walk-in customers to high-end private clients (including a few celebrities along the way).

But what I love most is sharing that experience with others in a relaxed, welcoming way.

My workshops aren’t about being perfect—they’re about enjoying the process, trying something new, and connecting as a team. I’m friendly, approachable, and great at putting people at ease, even if they think they’re “not creative” (spoiler: they always are).

Whether your team wants to unwind, get creative, or just do something a bit more fun together, I’ll make sure everyone feels included—and leaves with a beautiful arrangement they’re proud of.

What Makes This Workshop Special

Our team-building games are fun, inclusive, and designed to encourage creativity, communication, and collaboration. Activities can include:

Bouquet Challenge – Small teams design an arrangement to a theme or occasion within a time limit.
Build to Brief – Teams receive a “client” scenario such as a wedding, event, or brand launch and create a suitable design.
Design Swap – One person starts an arrangement and passes it on for others to continue, building trust and teamwork.
Blindfold Build – One teammate gives instructions while another creates the arrangement, strengthening communication.
Pass the Posy – A bouquet is passed around to music, with each person adding a flower when the music stops.
Speed Styling – Quick-fire mini challenges using surprise flowers and materials.
Theme Guess – One team creates a bouquet to represent a hidden theme, while others guess the meaning.
Story in Flowers – Groups design an arrangement that represents their team values and present its meaning.
Colour, Texture & Scent Games – Matching and memory challenges using different blooms and foliage.
Petal Pictionary – Teams “illustrate” an object or emotion using flowers.
